From 100 degree weather to snow, glaciers, and crevasses, 8 southerners embark on a journey to summit Mt Rainier.

“The summit is for the ego...the journey is for the soul.”

At the beginning of August 2012 we climbed with RMI Expeditions from Paradise, Washington at 5,400ft to the summit of Mt Rainier at 14,410 ft. Such a blast.
